Audio Journal is a nonprofit broadcasting service with a mission to inform, educate, and empower residents of Central Massachusetts who are visually impaired by providing access to information, culture, and employment opportunities.

 

Audio Journal’s Radio Reading for the Blind Program recruits volunteers to read newspapers, magazines, books, health information, and more on the radio.  Listeners can hear broadcasts using:

 

  • A receiver provided at no cost

  • Cable Access TV
  • Internet
  • Smart Speakers – “Alexa, play the radio station Audio Journal”
